Cancelling or rescheduling
- You can reschedule lessons up to 24 hours before it starts.
- Once you make a booking you will receive a confirmation email like below. Within this email there is a link to follow for cancelling and rescheduling.

Trial Lessons
Please note trial lessons are 30 minutes long and are structured as follows

| 10 mins | Together we make a plan for your study including how to reach your goals, what to focus on, materials we will use and lesson times. |
